The department
You will be part of the unit Product Supply (PS) Process Digitalisation, we change the way how we work across Product Supply. Product Supply is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with 20,000+ employees globally across five continents, responsible for the entire supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products. PS Process Digitalisation drive the automation and digitalisation portfolio end-to-end from use case assessments to production of our live solutions in Product Supply.

Our department Business Process Management in PS Process Digitalisation is among other areas responsible for designing and developing mission critical software solutions based on new ideas and use cases coming in from line of business. We use MODERN TECHNOLOGY to a broad extend and are always curious and innovative. We assess the processes for automation and digitalisation with origins in Design Thinking by taking onset in understanding the user needs, challenge their assumptions for optimisations where needed and redefine problems statements in order to create innovative and usable solutions.

The position

We are seeking a new colleague with a solid technical understanding and a deep-rooted understanding and knowledge for testing mission critical digital solutions. You will be part of our shared service team, delivering tested and validated digital solutions for complex processes to our colleagues across the Product Supply value chain.

Together with the DevOps team, your primary responsibility is to be a key player in ensuring a high level of quality assurance for our products within the Business Process Management in Process Digitalisation. You will define, support and integrate with different teams with regard to test-related activities, plans, reports and improvements across the entire solution area.

As Test Manager, you will take ownership, lead and drive the team in collaboration with our validation leads, ensuring and align that our entire suit of testing activities are managed in accordance with our overall test strategy for Business Process Management. In other words, you will assume responsibility, roll up the sleeves and hands-on supporting and developing the continuous improvement of the testing framework and test strategies for Business Process Management solutions and be a quality-conscious planner with the ability to foresee potential issues and risks and ensure compliance and intended use.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Business Process Management. The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark.

Qualifications

We expect that you have:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or another related field
• Demonstrated experience in test planning and test management of varied complex software and their development cycle within an agile setup
• Demonstrated experienced Manual and Automation tester as a test manager
• Demonstrated experience with effort estimations, Test plan, Test Exit Reports, Traceability matrix, TRM, Release notes and related documentations and good documentation practices
• Demonstrated experience with ST, SIT, Regression testing, UAT execution and support
• Demonstrated experience in test design, test execution, defect management and reporting including how to ensure traceability and coverage all times
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Ardent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills ability and acumen to present to wider audience

Preferably you also have 5+ years of working experience. A demonstrated and solid experience with test tools like ALM. Leapwork, Winrunner, Loadrunner, TOSCA, HP ALM, TestDirector,Rationalrobo, TeamForge, MTM etc.). A d emonstrated experience with configuration management and e xperience working within Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and using Azure DevOps.
