If yes, you could be our new process supporter helping us ensure that our documentation is accurate when we produce vital medicine for patients. Apply today! The position You will be a part of our team, Operational Support, which currently consists of 17 supporters, with room for more. The team has great energy, and we work in a fast-paced environment. We succeed together. Every day we work to release aseptic products and support our operators on the line. An important requirement for releasing products is that the documentation is in order. This is where we need your help to review batch documentation and handle deviations. As a supporter with us, you will be responsible for a batch and follow it from start to finish. Along the way, you must ensure that the documentation is in order, and if there are challenges, you should support the operators in making the right decisions avoiding deviations from the processes and procedures. Through your work, you will have a close collaboration with the operational teams, and wide range of stakeholders. You will collaborate across different teams, which provides ample opportunity to build a broad network within the organization. In addition to working with batch documentation and supporting operators, you will also be involved in training of operator and improving our processes, preferably with initiatives from you. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: • An academic degree in the natural sciences, engineering or similar. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree are also welcome to apply.
• GMP experience is an advantage, and so is knowledge of aseptic production.
• You communicate effectively and have experience in contact with stakeholders at all levels.
• You are fluent in Danish and English.
• You are self-driven and reliable. Also, you are detail-oriented, thrive when given responsibility, and good at keep the overview. You are a problem solver and have an eye for quality in task execution, and you thrive in a work environment that involves a high degree of daily variation. About the department: You will become part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP), more specifically the AP Filling and Inspection department, located in Hillerød.
