Accelerate your development in this one-year programme When joining the Quality Accelerator Programme you will be among a group of 25 qualified and driven colleagues who are eager to learn and grow alongside you. During the programme, you will receive comprehensive training in our quality processes and gain valuable experience preparing you for a position within Quality Assurance (QA) at one of our sites in Novo Nordisk Quality, Denmark. You will also undergo a personal development track that focuses on communication, collaboration, and feedback skills. With two rotations and three internships within your first year, you will gain a broad understanding of the value chain and build an extensive network across our sites in Kalundborg, Greater Copenhagen, and Hillerød. Upon completion of the programme, you will be hired locally in the local area of your last rotation. As a QA Professional, your mission will be to ensure product quality and safeguard patients by complying with internal and external requirements. You will play a role in optimizing and improving processes to enhance compliance and quality. Hence, we focus on giving you an in-depth training and focus on good learning to make sure that you can convert your knowledge into skills that you can excel in. During the one-year programme, your main tasks/responsibilities will be:
  • QA onboarding and training: Attend the Quality Accelerator Programme onboarding and training modules. The modules will be supplemented with sparring sessions with your manager.
  • Communication, collaboration, and network: Work side by side with our colleagues at our production sites and in the laboratories to oversee performed processes and help solve issues in real time. Practice acquired skills within communication and feedback as well as attend teach-back and coaching sessions.
  • Approve quality documentation: Use your acquired skills to ensure quality within our documents (logbooks, batch documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, deviations, and change requests etc) before approving it.
  • We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and mindset:
  • A Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Natural Science, Veterinarian, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English.
  • An interest in Quality Assurance and a commitment to safeguarding our patients.
  • A passion for identifying and implementing best practices to optimize processes and systems.
  • Ambition to apply learnings to everyday business and a curiosity to continually improve acquired skills.
  • Eagerness to engage with colleagues to build a strong network and foster a collaborative organizational culture.
  • As a QA Professional in the Quality Accelerator Programme, you are outgoing, analytical, proactive, and engaged in your own learning. You should welcome new ideas and new ways of working, have good collaboration skills, and be eager to apply your learnings from the onboarding and trainings to engage with stakeholders in the organization. You stive to meet your deadlines and move forward even in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.
