The Position As Head of QMS Processes (R&D), you will be responsible for long- and short-term business and optimization tactics for the Compliance and QMS team. Manage organizational design, structure, development, training, and planning within the team. The position is responsible for consistency and coherence of our Device QMS in NN, signal implementation and establishing of an efficient execution set-up for QMS-related tasks and optimization of compliance processes across the device area. The position will be a part of the management team reporting to CVP for Delivery solution Engineering (DSE). DSE management team consist of managers responsible for Project management and technical SME teams. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure consistency and coherence for the NN Device QMS incl process optimisations.
  • Ensure robust signal process handling, including implementation and governance.
  • Setting the standard of how we work with change requests, deviations and customer complaints by process optimisation, training and super-users.
  • Establish and maintain a competent group capable of performing QMS process-related task while concurrently setting up an efficient execution system and optimizing compliance processes across Device area.
  • Interact with cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to strategic planning and direction-setting within the Device Systems Engineering (DSE) area.
  • Serve as the line manager for the department HC, including specialists, professionals, and administrative personnel.
  • Engage in all people management tasks, including development, coaching, talk2grow, Individual development plans, appraisal talks, hiring, and firing.
  • Qualification To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Relevant experience within Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance proceses, typically requiring a minimum of a master’s degree with at least 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Exposure to international project-centered environments with diverse nationalities and cultures.
  • Preferably, familiarity with ISO13485 and CFR820.
  • Additionally, experience in process optimization and data collection approaches is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
  • As an individual, your visionary and strategic mindset, along with strong communication and process skills, will propel high-performance outcomes. About The Department The head of the team will be responsible for consistency and coherence for our Device QMS and strong signal process handling incl implementation . The team will also be responsible of process and training incl super-users within CR, deviations, and customer complaints.
