Apply now and join us a Connectivity Complaints Engineer for Connected Medical Devices. The PositionAs our new Connectivity Complaints Engineer, you will be working with supporting post-market activities of our connected medical devices. Tasks involve complaints investigation, collecting data and generating trends, designing, and performing explorative tests, developing test protocols and generating reports for multiple stakeholders. Your daily tasks will give you a great exposure to various internal and external stakeholders including external Digital Health partners. There is no dearth of challenges, there are plenty of learning opportunities and you will impact the lives of our valued patients. Some of your key tasks will be to:
  • Monitor the connectivity complaints landscape by working with various data sources and presenting and reporting trends.
  • Drive engineering test activities for connected medical devices as per internal processes and regulatory/compliance standards.
  • System integration and test of end-to-end connected solutions by designing and developing test campaigns as and when needed.
  • Support the technical integration of Novo Nordisk’s connected devices with solutions from a growing number of external digital health partners.
  • Participate in technical discussions on connectivity domain with internal and external development partners.
  • QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we believe that you should have:
  • 1-3+ years’ experience in the Industry preferably in Medtech along with an engineering degree in electrical / mechanical / computer science or related discipline
  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and best practices is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of test methods for mechatronics / embedded systems
  • Working in complex technical R&D projects as a test engineer will be a plus.
  • An eagerness to work in Data with a keen attention to detail is essential.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfortable working with a technically diverse stakeholder base
  • Understands the importance of communicating with a data-driven mindset.
  • It would be considered an advantage if you also have experience with connected medical devices or medical devices with embedded software with a basic understanding of IEC 62304.As a person, you are a strong team player recognised for your interpersonal skills. You are energetic, and you are comfortable with taking initiative with a 'can do' mind-set, as well as facilitating stakeholders. You communicate fluently in English both written and orally and like to document your work. About the department
