The Position As our Formulation PM, you will be a key player in defining the future global standard for Formulation equipment and processes, working in collaboration with a wide network of stakeholders on a local and global level, e.g., Formulation Work Package Owner (WPO), Specialists, our Central Manufacturing Development Team, and Subject Matter Experts. Together with sites, suppliers of equipment and our engineering partners, you will develop the best possible solutions. You will be responsible for the overall deliverables of Formulation including implementation, qualification, validation, and handover to end user. Furthermore, you will:
  • Ensure application of global standards of Formulation design and management of changes and adjustments along the way.
  • Drive the development of technical standards for Formulation equipment and process.
  • Be the key player during design qualification, FAT – SAT – Qualification activities.
  • Ensuring that risks are identified, managed, and mitigated appropriately.
  • Establish and maintain the wellbeing of the project execution team by prioritizing and delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively.
    • This role is in Lyngby and 20% travel is expected to our global sites including Denmark, France, US, Brazil, and China.
    Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in engineering/chemistry/biotechnology/pharmacy/natural sciences or similar. Formulation process experience is a plus.
  • 2 years minimum of experience in project management and stakeholders’ engagement.
  • Experience in aseptic production, GMP in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a similar industry in a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally with various cultures, job functions, and experience levels.
  • Fluent English

By using your communication skills, you build trusted relationships. About the Department Technology Standards is a department in the newly created area of Fill & Finish Expansions. Fill & Finish Expansions is anchored in Product Supply, which globally accounts for +19,000 of Novo Nordisk’s +50,000 employees. The responsibility of Fill & Finish Expansions is to plan and execute the establishment of new aseptic filling capacity across the global manufacturing network. Including BioTech and Rare Diseases (BRD) and Injectable Finished Products (IFP) for new filling platforms while ensuring harmonisation and global standards. Across the different roles there is a distinct global aspect as the end goal is a global standard and best practice, and working with multiple sites, cultures and traditions will be a key element.
