Apply now! The Position As Senior Project Manager, your role involves driving the process of installing new moulds and decoration equipment diligently into our global production. In collaboration with engineers, you will ensure that equipment is manufactured on time at our tool and equipment vendors placed around the globe, maintaining high standards for quality, timelines, and costs. Finally, you serve as a key stakeholder in setting up new production capacity for our expanding global production network, planning the validation activities and actively interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Some of your key responsibilities include:
  • Planning and coordinating project activities
  • Maintaining an overview of a portfolio of projects, addressing technical challenges both within projects and across the entire portfolio
  • Inspiring and motivating the project team to achieve successful outcomes
  • Sharing best practices and improving our standards of working by applying a LEAN mindset
    • Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine you:
  • Hold a technical or scientific academic degree within a relevant field
  • Demonstrate practical project management experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, ideally within pharma or medical devices
  • Possess experience in moulding equipment and/ or injection moulding
  • Display fluency in both spoken and written English
    • It would be considered as a strong advantage if you possess knowledge in the qualification or validation of medical devices. As a person, you are self-driven, proactive, and enjoy working in a position with a high degree of responsibility. You thrive in a dynamic environment and can effectively manage several projects simultaneously. You have a strong drive and the ability to set direction and engage your project team. Lastly, you are result-oriented, curious by nature, and dare to challenge the status quo. About the Department You will become a member of the DMD department located in Hillerød, Denmark. Being a part of DMD means working with a vital part of Novo Nordisk’s global delivery to our patients. We source equipment for production of components in Novo Nordisk’s portfolio of prefilled devices, including FlexPen®, FlexTouch® and FlexPro®. By joining our team, you align with a group of highly skilled engineers dedicated to the expansion of production capacity of a global production network. Currently, our team consists of approximately 60 colleagues distributed across 4 teams, and we are in the process of expanding further.
