The Position As a Process Supporter, you will have a varied workday. Daily tasks consist of handling and documenting a quality incident in warehouse, helping operators follow the correct procedures, documenting the event correctly and finding better solutions. You will also be participating in workshops, test, or fix issues with proposed improvements in our processes, or partake in implementations of a new process. Our team is working in an open plan office, where ongoing sparring on tasks occurs in a dynamic and energetic environment where everyone is ready to lend a hand to ensure our deadlines are met.
We are working closely with other departments, to develop a mutual strategy for providing the best solutions for the factory.
The main tasks will be to:
• Deal with Quality Challenges in the warehouse.
• Drive improvement initiatives and projects.
• Write CR-cases.
• Provide support to Warehouse and Logistics.
• Use systematic problem-solving when needed, update and maintain records and reports. Qualifications The qualifications we value include:
• Holding a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, chemistry, engineering, or a similar field.
• Having experience in warehouse, Quality Assurance (QA) department, with GMP or having a newly graduate knowledge and strong quality mindset.
• Liking writing documents and procedures in adherence to current regulations.
• Having a natural interest in being close to where the processes are executed and in helping when challenges arise.
• Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English. On a personal level, you take the lead and initiative in meeting challenges, and are ready to play an active role in improving the department. Having the ability to meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of work and the ability to communicate easily with colleagues across the organization is a crucial part of this role. You are a fast learner with strong analytical skills, which helps you attain oversight of complex processes and issues, and to then resolve them systematically. About the department In the team, we are currently dedicated employees responsible for the GMP support to the Warehouses in both our Aseptic Filling Factory and our Finished Product factory. Our goal is to provide support to the daily operation in dealing with any quality-related issues, and to implement ongoing improvements of our processes through project activity and systematic problem-solving.
The team is flexible, helpful, and supportive of each other across competencies, and comprises a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
We are a part of a rapidly developing factory, and we are currently working hard together with our colleagues to become Novo Nordisk’s primary product launch site. More specifically, our current endeavours are focused around ensuring a stable and scalable process whilst adjusting to new requirements for quality, new products, and new materials.
