The Position As an Equipment Responsible, you will become part of our equipment support team of 15 good colleagues who handle the equipment support for the production facilities in 25K in Hillerød. Your primary responsibility will be to support the daily operation in producing active pharmaceutical ingredients. Our aim is to improve and optimize our standards, while having a constant overview of ways in which we can develop and improve our workflows in production. The work takes place in a dynamic but socially relaxed and informal environment, where we emphasize humour, commitment, and unity in a busy everyday life. The primary tasks will include:
• Providing technical support to the production equipment and utilities.
• Supporting the daily operation and maintain stable processes.
• Working with technical challenges in production, deviations and change requests.
• Validating processes and maintaining the validation documentation.
• Implementing projects and optimizations in production to aim for error free process. Qualifications The qualifications we value include:
• Holding a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or similar field.
• Having a couple of years of experience from a production environment is an advantage but newly graduated candidates are welcome
• Having experience of working with processes, deviations, problem solutions, validations / qualifications or similar.
• Being a master in using Microsoft Office Platform.
• Having full professional proficiency in Danish and English. As a person, you have an outgoing personality and like to interact with various stakeholders every day. Additionally, being structured, quality-conscious, and committed to work while completing tasks before deadlines to meet GMP requirements is of utmost importance. About the Department In the Facilities department in Hillerød, we are about 70 dedicated colleagues divided in 6 teams responsible for production equipment and utilities, environment plus maintenance and calibration, and facility support. The primary task for the department is to ensure that our two production facilities, the manufacturing equipment, utilities and environment are in a validated state and ready to handle the needs of the production.
