We are looking for a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our team and support the management within the local training area in a groundbreaking capacity expansion project for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) production facilities. The position As a training coordinator, you will be responsible for the administrative process related to training. Your main tasks will be: Support the daily operations with ad-hoc tasks related to training Support colleagues and managers, to ensure effective on-boarding of new colleagues Ensure that training material adheres to the GMP-standards (Good Manufacturing Practice) Participate in training networks across departments Qualifications We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: Experience from a similar administrative position A strong interest in training and development of competences Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably Tableau Fluent English, both spoken and written, Danish is considered an advantage As a person you are service-minded, able to work independently but at the same time work in a team. Furthermore, you are motivated by solving problems and drive optimisations and improvements on different levels. About the department Join our team at 25L PS API Expansion, one of Novo Nordisk's major expansion projects within Product Supply API. We're establishing a cutting-edge API production facility in Hillerød, set to employ around 340 colleagues. This highly automated facility will feature state of-the-art technology, allowing for flexibility to accommodate new processes and products. Our work involves complex chemical and biotechnological processes, demanding a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees, covering cultivation, recovery, purification, and freeze-drying. This expansion will enhance our portfolio of clinical late phase products and bolster our capacity to support individuals affected by rare and serious chronic conditions.
