The Position As our Associate Manager for the filling Operational Support at , you will be responsible for a diverse team of 16 process supporters, including engineers, biologists, and pharmacists. Together with your team, you will work on handling SOPs, deviations, reviews, and releases for the rest of the process. Your main responsibilities will include: Providing daily leadership to highly specialized employees within Aseptic Production processes. Understanding the team’s processes and equipment to help support our department’s ramp-up journey and ongoing optimizations. Being an integrated part of the operations area to ensure direct support and understanding the needs of operations to ensure delivery from the area. Participating in a leadership group that consists 8 engaged managers. As a leadership team, we focus on seeing opportunities rather than limitations. In our department, there is room for both laughter and professionalism, contributing to a positive and healthy working environment. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: A background in Natural science, e.g. Chemistry, biology, engineering, etc. At least 3 years of leadership experience. Experience working closely with production and handling SOP reviews, releases, and deviations. Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes (preferably from Novo Nordisk), compliance, and/or solid experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) production. Knowledge of aseptic production is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in Danish and English and experience working with stakeholders across all levels.
