The position
This position is within ’s Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) factory in Hillerød. In a global environment of skyrocketing demand, it is imperative that we keep continuous improvement at the core of everything we do. On this foundation, we work to expand our capacity for the future while getting as much as we can out of our existing resources, sustainably and with high quality.
Your main tasks will include: Act as role model as cLEAN leader in accordance with current cLEAN maturity model. Set direction and drive performance within the team, while being able to coach, develop as well as motivate the employees. Responsible for support to maintenance of technical equipment. Ensure internal and external quality and legal demands are in compliance with cGMP. Ensure stable operations resulting in minimal stops and that production agreements are kept. Being a newly established team, this would be the major challenge for the person joining in. Qualifications
To be successful in this position, we imagine you have: Relevant education and/or experience within a technical and/or pharmaceutical area. Good technical knowledge, such as quality control, LEAN and GMP. 5+ years people management experience in a production environment, as well as process knowledge. Fluency in spoken and written English. Danish is advantageous. Personally, you are an outgoing individual who brings great energy and a can-do attitude to any situation. You enjoy taking up challenges and are motivated by ambitious targets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where tasks and priorities can change in accordance with business needs. You naturally build trust with your stakeholders, and you like to drive and execute a variety of projects.
About the department
In AM HI, FPM Packaging 1.5 ml we are responsible for the production on our packaging lines of primarily 1.5 ml medical FlexTouch® devices. While we continuously improve and upgrade our equipment, we are also a launch site with responsibility for implementing and validating new products and production equipment.
Located at the production facility in Hillerød, where our casual attire, informal culture, and commitment to simplifying complexity define our approach to work.
