The Position As Associate Manager of the Project Engineering and Planning team you will be supporting our site in meeting its project commitments related to progress, deadlines, and transparency for stakeholders. Your team contributes with project engineering and project planning. The main tasks will be:
  • Ahead of building and optimising internal processes and team relations.

  • Driving and supporting how we control our resource needs across all projects on site.

  • To play a key role in navigating with stakeholders.

  • Deliver resources in terms of competences and capabilities for our projects with internal departments and external consultant companies.

  • Furthermore, together with our seven Project Managers you ensure a continued development of how we secure and maintain a very high level of project planning. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you:
  • Preferable have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

  • Have solid experience in Project Management.,

  • Preferable have leadership experience.

  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and can interact with people at all levels in the organisation.

  • Are fluent in English and Danish.

  • It will be an advantage if you have competencies within MS Projects and Power BI solutions for visualisation of projects. As a person, you are not afraid of making decisions and setting direction. You are empathic, ambitious, proactive, and can develop your employees from where they are. You can work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of independence in prioritisation and planning execution. About the Department The Project Engineering and Planning team consists of 13 highly competent and engaged employees who ensure world class support within project execution. The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organised in six departments and with more than 400 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
