You will be part of the Automation & Immersive Technologies department within Product Supply, Quality and IT (PSQIT). PSQIT is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with 20,000+ employees globally across five continents, responsible for the entire supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products.
Automation & Immersive Technologies is a department focusing on delivery of various digital products to support business processes spread across PSQIT organisation. You will be a part of the Automation team, responsible for developing software products based on new ideas and business challenges coming from line of business.
We use modern technology in a board extend, are always curious and strive to keep up on the technology forefront. In the Automation team, we develop global products within Robotic Process Automation (UiPath), Apps (MS Power Apps) and Machine Learning. We start by understanding our user needs, challenging assumptions, and redefining problems to create innovative and sustainable solutions. We push the boundaries of what is possible within a highly regulated pharmaceutical context.
We are a social, high performing, and international unit driven by exploring, digitalising, and automating complex business challenges with cutting edge technologies.
The position
We are seeking a new colleague with a good technical understanding and a strong curiosity towards new technologies, who can translate business needs into tailored digital solutions.
You will be part of an ambitious Agile team, delivering digital products for complex processes to our colleagues across PSQIT value chain. Together with the Agile team, your primary responsibility is development, testing, documentation, and quality assurance of both critical (GxP) and non-critical digital products. You will also take a part in improving design and coding standards as well as assessment of new use cases, knowledge sharing across global teams and exploring new possibilities with technologies landscape.
You will report to Associate Manager of the Automation team.
The position is office-based in Bagsværd, Denmark. Qualifications

We expect that you have:
• At least a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or another related field
• Experience with software and application development, preferably within UiPath and MS Power Platform
• Knowledge about UX design and methodologies, such as design thinking
• Experience with effort estimations and good documentation practice
• Experience in working with multi-functional teams while demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in oral and written English Preferably you also have:
• At least 1 year of working experience with software development
• Experience working within Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe) and using MS Azure DevOps
• Experience with one or more programming languages As a person you are an ambitious and innovative team player who has a result-oriented way of working. You approach tasks with structure, energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude. You have a flair for collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.
