We are looking for a CVP Quality Partner with good communication skills and eager to be responsible for quality management at our Novo Nordisk production site in Hjørring called Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing. The position
A Quality Partner is a role of vital importance in our highly regulated medical industry. Your focus will be to ensure an overall excellent quality and compliance level, and that quality system and processes meet the requirements from Novo Nordisk and the authorities. You will follow up on quality targets, implement new regulatory requirements and optimise current procedures in close collaboration with QA. As Quality Partner, you will be process responsible for quality processes and will have a key role in training of colleagues across the organisation. You will also have a key role in driving quality projects across the organisation e.g. our instant release project. Look forward to a varied job containing tasks that call for your ability to be self-driven but at the same time understand the importance of teamwork. Qualifications
You have a background as Pharmacist, Engineer or similar. Regardless of your expertise, you must be able to create changes, set direction and independently drive the cross-functional work within quality.
To succeed in this position, you:
• hold a bachelor or master’s degree
• have experience from GMP regulated areas
• have a structured approach and have the full overview of your actions and changes
• have flair for IT and quickly get acquainted with our different IT-systems.
In your daily work, you will work together with different stakeholders such as production engineers, specialists, supporters and managers. This calls for your ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both Danish and English. About the department
You will be part of our QC, Training and Facility Management department and report to the head of the department. The department is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organised in seven departments and with more than 425 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
