The Position As Associate Manager of our External Supply Chain team, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the day-to-day management of employees. You will be responsible for our contract manufacturing network within pen needle production, covering production in Japan and Thailand, with plans to expand further in the EU and US. The department consists of three highly professional teams who work very closely together to secure the supply of pen needles worldwide. The department is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing, which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles, including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development.
