Then you have a great opportunity to be our new QA Professional in QA API Support in Kalundborg. The position
As QA professional, you will, together with the QA team, be responsible for delivering best-in-class Quality Assurance and work with our colleagues in Line-of-Business, to ensure highest quality in QC laboratories in PS API. We can offer an exciting and challenging position, where you become part of a highly skilled team, consisting of 16 Quality Assurance employees, that acts as sparring partners and problem solvers within quality assurance issues. Your main responsibilities will be:
  • To set the right level of our quality standards and ensure that compliance always meet the internal and external requirements
  • To set direction and deliver results in own role which have a significant impact within QC
  • Finding solutions through process and business understanding and give proactive advice to our stakeholders, to secure the establishment of simple compliant solutions within QC processes
  • Actively participate in problem-solving alongside production colleagues, maintaining a consistent presence to ensure QA oversight
  • Participate in handling complex tasks, projects and implementing new technologies in QC as well as securing daily operations in QC
  • Qualifications
  • Holds a M.Sc./Cand. in Pharmacy, Engineering, or equivalent background
  • You have experience within GMP
  • You are a self-driven and independent person, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative
  • You have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a strong quality mindset
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment, where teamwork is on the top of agenda and you like working with many different stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, and keep a respectful tone, even when the message is not easy
  • Fluent in Danish and/or English
  • On a personal level, you enjoy close teamwork, are a strong motivator of others and can stay balanced, when the waves get high. You thrive in a multicultural environment working across organizational borders and management levels.     In our department API QA Operational and Business Support we are 35 highly dedicated employees, mostly specialized academics, divided into 2 teams. Beside the team handling the QA function for QC, the department also consists of a Business Support team. In our department we focus on maintaining a social work environment where there is a high level of engagement, focus on development while also having fun.
