Your life as a Grad at Stibo Systems
Imagine that your career starts August 2022 with a year-long program during which you will work with our people leaders and teams on both technical, functional, and global projects. You get to be instrumental in teaching us what you know from your studies as much as learning from us, the best in the industry, what we know.
In Professional Services you will be a part of a truly international team. We provide stability and transparency and enable our clients to become data driven. As a graduate in PS, you will experience what it's like to be a consultant and supporting clients. You will meet clients within retail, CPG, and manufacturing.

Being a graduate in a global organization like Stibo Systems is an exciting development journey where you will have the opportunity to shape you own path. We will ensure to challenge your potential through different elements of the program, and you can expect us to focus on:
Evolving skills: You’ll have the opportunity to get acquainted with different aspects of your department, expand your knowledge and acquire a technical skill set within the field. You will get responsibility from day 1 and work with customer specific tasks.
Development and mentoring: It would not be fair to go to a grad program and not have time to develop – that’s why we aim to have you graduate with the following acquired skills:
International network: The program gives you a unique opportunity to network with peers all around the world. You will be a part of global projects with the other 22/23 graduates and become a part of the graduate community with former grads as your buddy network.
Flexibility: At Stibo Systems we recognize that everyone is different, so staying flexible is important. By collaborating with your team and your people leader, you can choose how you work to meet your specific needs.
Our Criteria for Your Success
All candidates are expected to be fluent in English and have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong degree classification from subjects such as Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Communication Technology. - Completion of a 3-day Bootcamp and learning our platform STEP
- Project Management qualification which will give you the ability to run projects of any kind
- Workshop on Critical Thinking
- Workshop on the importance of Coaching Culture in business
International network: The program gives you a unique opportunity to network with peers all around the world. You will be a part of global projects with the other 22/23 graduates and become a part of the graduate community with former grads as your buddy network.
