We are looking for a student assistant that can help our Manufacturing Excellence manager with data related task. The tasks cover a diverse set of fields from CSR (energy, CO2, waste) over project portfolio overview to production data. A typical task consists of creating data structure and dashboard type reports. We expect that you can demonstrate knowledge and have experience with the data analysis pipeline from data acquisition, cleaning and structuring to presentation of insights. We image that you have studied for a couple of years and through your studies, project work, or other jobs have acquired skills that allow you to work on the tasks with a minimum of supervision. We use different tools depending on the task and therefore your knowledge of the fundamentals (data structure, joins, filters etc.) will allow you to work with the tools required.
In Global Business Support you will be working with an experienced team that supports ALK broadly with operational excellence, risk management, product portfolio management and within environment, health, and safety.
Besides your data skills you can quickly grasp the needs associated with a request or task and will make prototypes and work closely with the requester. The ability to clearly communicate results and share insights to the non-specialist is a must.
You also bring the following:
Your working hours will be 10-15 hours per week. During exams and project periods the working hours can be flexible. The position is placed at ALK’s Headquarter in Hørsholm. The job start date is as soon as possible.

- Strong analytical skills
- An eye for detail
- Structured, with the ability to work independently, systematically, and carefully
- A self-starter with a high level of motivation
- Helpful and with a good sense of humour /a positive mindset and enjoy the idea of a supporting role where no task is trivial
- Fluent in English speech and writing, fluency in Danish is a plus
