Therefore, we are searching for an experienced Flow Partner who want to drive the flow and supply chain analysis & controlling at ALK, Product Support, Site Hørsholm.
You will be based in Hørsholm and join our Product & Business Support department with direct report to our director of the unit and work closely together with site management and other key stakeholders. The department is responsible for driving site improvements across, and running and improving our materials support, capacity, material & production planning, operational procurement, warehousing and shipping. We have a central role in the company with a high degree of collaboration with stakeholders across ALK. You will be part of a dedicated area with an informal environment and with good opportunities for personal development.

The position
As Flow Partner you will be responsible for
- Driving Supply Chain Analysis
- Production agreements breakdown to capacity and material pulls across PS Site Hørsholm supply chain
- Capacity and material analysis – both production and warehousing medium and long term
- Deliver material forecasts to our Global Procurement – medium and long term
- Ongoing analysis of stock replenishment strategies
- Operational capacity scheduling and debottlenecking analysis
- Ad-hoc analysis, cost/benefit and break-even analysis for management decision making
- Ensuring Supply Chain Controlling
- Deliver batch and performance data to and facilitate the daily and weekly site flow meetings
- Follow-up on production, QC and batch paper flows in warehouse, productions, QC and QA
- Develop, produce and present performance data and KPIs from warehouse, production, QC and QA
- Coordinate release flows with our Global Supply Chain
- Planning and control of internal and external warehouse capacities and warehouse lay-outs
- Ensure warehouse management information/reports including scrap reports
- Maintain and improve local SAP warehouse master data
- Drive Business Processes improvements within Operations Management, Supply Chain & IT
- Develop and improve our capacity and material forecasting and control tools and standards
- Give inputs to and get involved in the overall IT Supply Chain and Manufacturing Excellence Strategies
- Look into opportunities for deployment of SAP and digitalization to improve effectiveness and flow across the production site
- Collaborate across the Organization
- Coordinate activities and improvements with colleagues in Global Supply Chain, Global Procurement, Finance, Global PS Business Support, Global Projects and Global IT and with site management, managers, local purchasers, production planners, warehouse and shipping employees
Qualifications
You have
- an academic degree within Operations Management and/or Supply Chain Management with at least 5 years of experience driving supply chain analysis and controlling - preferable in a GMP production environment
- demonstrated your ability to develop and drive improvement of Operations Management and Supply Chain Management tools
- strong skills in using Microsoft Excel and have experience with IT tools for data management. Preferable is experience with SAP for purchasing and warehousing
- an excellent analytical capability
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- documented successful results obtained through involvement of key stakeholders
- preferable some experience with Six Sigma tools too
