We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to our Regional Finance function with international insight and business know-how, who can create active partnerships with operations, sales and management
Your role
You will report directly to our Regional CFO, and be a trusted advisor in decision making. Our Finance function handles a wide range of tasks, such as accounting, budgeting, business intelligence implementation and following up on investments.
Your primary tasks will be:
- All aspects of business controlling such as costs profitability and analysis of relevant business areas and projects
- Preparation of monthly reporting to the management
- Drive the performance management process, including KPIs
- Develop business cases, e.g. in connection with CAPEX investments or a like
- Take on an active role in bringing the finance department to next level in optimizing workflows
- Play an important role in budget, forecast and annual report process
- Act as an active, trustworthy sparring partner to the Site Directors and Sales Directors
Your profile
- You bring a Master’s degree in Finance/Economics or similar paired with at least 2-3 years of experience in Business Controlling
- You can prepare and deliver financial presentations and analysis of the organisation's performance in a clear and structured way
- You are a skilled Excel user – and preferably, you have experience with TargIt
- You can ensure a high data quality, you are reliable and you always deliver on time
- You understand how business controlling can create success in collaboration with the business
- By nature, you are curious to acquire new knowledge and take the initiative to find improvement opportunities
- You have a commercial mindset and understand and anticipate the needs from the business
