Consultant Relationship Manager for ProData Consult, CPH, Denmark.
We are on the look for a super friendly, creative, and supportive Relationship Manager who is motivated by being the ProData Consult Ambassador in the relationship with our connected IT Consultants.
What’s the core of our business?
To ensure the right match between IT Specialist and Clients that need these on a consultant agreement for medium or longer periods. The IT Specialists are self-employed however working with ProData Consult as we are their “agent”, and it is important that we can offer them a pseudo-collegial platform.
This function is a combination of communication, people caring, event management and problem solving. The role includes but are not limited to:
Create strategies and collaborate with our Sourcing team, Sales team, and Marketing dep. to boost and continuously improve our ability to offer a great platform for our consultants to be a part of.
What connects an IT consultant even closer to us?
Is it events, arrangements, merchandise, professional development/Courses/Certifications? Is it simple but important support in relation to hour registration? Is it information which is important for the Consultants own business procedure? It is probably very different from Consultant to Consultant. It is your responsibility to analyze and create such as plan, implement or execute it together with relevant stakeholder.
Your experience and competences
Since you will be working closely with our Sourcing and Sales team, any experience in Consultant/Costumer service or from sales related companies is an advantage. You are good at analyzing and resolving problems in a timely manner, work well with others and demonstrate responsibility. Stone communication and interpersonal skills are needless to point out as key to work in this field.

- Focus on building long-term relationships with consultants and other stakeholders
- Work quickly to address and resolve any challenges there might be for the Consultants
- Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
- Encourage good Consultant service practices and help promote and maintain a positive company image

- A background in customer service, event management or sales is a plus
- Attentive to detail and organized
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several jobs at one time
