About the department
Our filling and inspection facility are ready to enter the next phase, and now we are looking into a period of production ramp up, which in turn initiates many process optimisation projects. You will be part of a support team of dedicated and talented academics and technicians. Our tone is relaxed, and if you enjoy sharing your knowledge and learning from others, you will enjoy working here. The facility is located at our site in Kalundborg with approximately 350 employees.
The position
As our new Equipment Responsible, you will take care of the overall inspection lines thus making sure that the equipment’s are aligned, tested and properly validated. Furthermore, you will also be involved in planning of future maintenance and operational set of equipment’s and its optimization.
In this position you will be supervising suppliers during implementation or construction phase thereby ensuring right level of quality and compliance with NN standards.
In addition, you will be supporting future maintenance strategy and operational platform, end user training for operators and maintenance teams, purchase of new equipment and related quality assurance tasks. You will also be required to actively participate in various meetings, audits/inspections and process groups for automated inspection.
Qualifications
You hold a relevant Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar, or some years of relevant work experience. It is required that you have some exposure in IT and automation, and have good knowledge of GMP, LEAN etc.
As a person, you are open and honest, independent as well as team player and flexible to changes. You have good communication skills and the ability to manage and coordinate many concurrent tasks. Being proactive, responsible and energetic is a key to succeed in this position.
