We are looking for a student assistant to support our Technical Warehouse in DAPI, who are servicing all the facilities in Kalundborg and responsible for 14.000 unique spare parts.
About the department
Diabetes API Metrology & Maintenance is a part of Diabetes API Business Support and is overall responsible for Metrology, Maintenance and Technical Warehouse in the insulin production at Site Kalundborg. You will be part of a developing department with 24 engaged colleges setting direction and optimising Metrology and Maintenance across an organisation with more than 2000 employees.
The position
Main tasks of the technical warehouse include maintaining strategic spare parts for the production equipment through, creation in SAP, sourcing from various vendors, quality control, change control and packing for planned- and unplanned maintenance. We are looking for a student to help us out with supporting tasks.
Primary tasks will be
•Responsible for archiving of documentation
•Minor administrative tasks
•All student jobs are located at Novo Nordisk in Kalundborg
•You must be enrolled at a study program at either Bachelor or master’s level
•Danish proficiency is required
•Work hours are 8 hours a week
•Start date to be agreed with hiring manager
