The working hours are expected to be approx. 16 hours a week, which enables you to combine the job with your studies. About the department
You get the opportunity to join an experienced, international, high performing team in Bagsværd, Denmark, who is responsible for ensuring that the organisation lives up to our corporate values, the Novo Nordisk Way. We work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders, both within the HR function and around the entire Novo Nordisk organisation travel around the organisation to assess how affiliates and units practice the Novo Nordisk Way. We provide guidance and recommendations to local management on how to address discovered improvement opportunities. More specifically, we are the centre of excellence for organisational development and design, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, culture and corporate values.
The position
You will primarily support the Facilitation team, who uses a unique concept to follow up on the Novo Nordisk Way. Your key responsibilities will be support to day-to-day business activities and an active part in the optimisation of our business processes. You get the chance to try out various type of tasks such as responsibility for communication from our area on our internal and external platforms, bringing innovation into the Facilitation concept, ensuring efficient team and leadership meetings and ad hoc activities.
Qualifications
We are looking for a student with a dedicated and proactive mindset with interest in corporate culture and communication. You are currently studying the last year of your bachelor or first year of your master degree in business administration, communication, economics, IT or another relevant field. We are open to various backgrounds in terms of education, skills and nationality, and fluency in written and oral English is a requirement.
As a person, you are outgoing with a strong personal drive and dedication. You possess strong interpersonal skills, an open and honest attitude, and you are curious about applying theory into practice. We expect you to be service-minded, that you thrive in a busy environment and that you are great at focusing on solutions and opportunities.
Start date is 1 August 2020.
