The Position
As an IT Professional you will be allocated to either one of the big expansion projects or you will be part of an optimization project in one of our production areas.
Here you will be part of implementing and validating IT and automation solutions such as process control (PCS) and distributed control systems (DCS) getting familiar with the full life-cycle management including activities such as operation, maintenance, change and patch management, problem management etc.
As our new colleague you will gain a broad network in Novo Nordisk with regular contact with many different manufacturing and engineering stakeholders. You will achieve knowledge of our manufacturing processes and equipment, and we promise you a steep learning curve.

About the Department
IT Automation Talents is a part of the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Business Support (BS) IT department, a unit responsible for the cross-site IT systems at Novo Nordisk Manufacturing hup in Kalundborg (Denmark).
Novo Nordisk invests more than 2.6 billion US dollars in new manufacturing facilities and expansion of an existing facility in Kalundborg, Denmark. This will establish additional capacity across the entire value chain from manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients to assembly and packaging.

Qualifications

- Are a newly graduated with a bachelor or master’s degree within IT, automation, computer systems engineering etc.
- Have experience with PCS/DCS/PLC hardware & software components would be advantageous.
- Have a high proficiency level of English.
