The job
As a process supporter, you will become part of our support team of 20 good colleagues who handle the support for one – soon two – recovery lines in Kalundborg.
Your primary tasks will include:
The work takes place in a dynamic but socially relaxed and informal environment, where we emphasize humor, commitment and unity in a busy everyday life. Your primary responsibility will be to support the daily operation. The process operators will be your closest stakeholders.

The department
We are a diverse department consisting of operators, skilled workers, all focussing on producing products for diabetics around the world. In total we are currently about 110 people working to keep the recovery facility running 24/7. The department is undergoing substantial remodelling and is therefore expanding.

The job

Your primary tasks will include:
- Support the daily operation.
- Maintain stable processes.
- Work with challenges in production, deviations and change requests.
- Validating processes and maintaining this documentation.
- Implement projects in production.
- Improving and optimizing our standards we work by.
- Overview of ways in which we can develop and improve our workflows in production.

Qualifications
We imagine:
- Preferably, you have 2-3 years of relevant work experience from production, where you have worked with processes, deviations, problem solutions, validations / qualifications or similar – but newly educated are also welcome to apply.
- You have an education as Bsc. or Msc. within the field of chemistry, chemical engineering or biotechnology or have a similar higher education for our process support.
- You have an education as Bsc. or Msc. within the field of mechanical engineering, operation and maintenance Engineering or have a similar higher education for our technical support.
- You have a strong quality and compliance mindset and like to lead the way with new improvements.
- You are a strong communicator in writing and orally in both Danish and English, just as you master the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
