Would you like to be part of an exciting innovation journey to expand production capacity in Novo Nordisk?
We can offer a great working environment with a high level of team spirit as well as highly skilled, ambitious, and engaged colleagues. We are looking for a new colleague with high level of dedication, and an innovative mindset, who thrives in a constantly changing and challenging environment.
The job
You will be part of Novo Nordisk finished product production, which counts more than 6.000 colleagues spread out on 7 production sites and 5 countries. We are the last, but important, step before finished products are shipped to our patients worldwide. In our Kalundborg facility we are 300 employees responsible for assembly and packaging of diabetes and obesity products, on our production lines.
You will be part of our project support team in IFP Kalundborg New Product Entry. We support the ongoing capacity expansion projects – e.g., implementation of multiple new production lines and establishing new production facilities, such as QC and washing rooms.
As a Process Supporter in our project team, you will work closely with colleagues from production, project managers, suppliers, and other colleagues worldwide. The ambition is an automated, and failure proof future production in Kalundborg, so together you strive for simple and robust solutions. Guided by regulatory requirements, you will be part of designing, implementing, and validating our future facilities and equipment.
Qualifications:
You have a relevant academic background – ideally a science or technical, such as engineer, pharmacist, chemist, or similar and previous knowledge from GMP production will be considered as an advantage.
As a person you are ambitious, proactive, and able to interact with people at all levels in the organisation. You can keep an overview of tasks and deliveries and break complex problems down to small bits. You can work both independently and in smaller teams, driving your own tasks and showing results. Having a detail-oriented and structured approach to your job will be an advantage, but you also need to be able to sometimes look at the bigger picture, execute tasks and coordinate activities quickly and efficiently.
Finally, the ideal candidate is an outgoing and energetic team player, who is flexible and willing to go that extra mile to get the job done to the benefit of our patients.
Working at Novo Nordisk
At Novo Nordisk, we do not wait for change. We drive it. We are a dynamic company in an even more dynamic industry, and we know that what got us to where we are today is not necessarily what will make us successful in the future. We embrace the spirit of experimentation, striving for excellence without fixating on perfection. We never shy away from opportunities to develop, we seize them. From research and development, through to manufacturing, marketing, and sales – we are all working to move the needle on patient care.
