Associate manager in Quality Assurance

The position
As an Associate Manager, you will lead a team of highly trained and experienced QA professionals.
Your main responsibilities include:
In this role, you will influence and support the quality culture in close collaboration with your stakeholders to assure that they have the relevant systems and procedures in place to be compliant with pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
You will be part of the department management group consisting of 3 other leaders, 4 specialists and a department assistant.

You are comfortable being challenged by more senior stakeholders in decisions on quality issues and your high level of personal integrity and robustness enables you to integrate different views in the decision-making process. The department has a very good cooperation both internally and with the rest of API QA as well as with production and stakeholders. We have a lot of positive attitude and we highly value communication and collaboration among the team.

The position
As an Associate Manager, you will lead a team of highly trained and experienced QA professionals.

- leading, coaching and motivating your team to deliver their best.
- building and maintaining close collaboration with the Production units, the Novo Nordisk Quality organisation, and other stakeholders across API and Product Supply.
- setting the direction for the quality level in the Quality Control Laboratories, Manufacturing Development and Business Support.
In this role, you will influence and support the quality culture in close collaboration with your stakeholders to assure that they have the relevant systems and procedures in place to be compliant with pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
You will be part of the department management group consisting of 3 other leaders, 4 specialists and a department assistant.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you:
- hold a M.Sc. in pharmacy, engineering or equivalent background.
- preferably have proven leadership experience
- communicate fluently in Danish and English
