As Finance Business Partner, you will together with the rest of the team be responsible for the financial management of the operating costs at the consolidated organizational (API) level and will be driving the core annual finance processes. Your primary tasks will be: Responsible for key financial processes such as anchor budget, monthly management reporting, rolling estimates etc. Provide production cost analysis and decision support to relevant stakeholders. Involved in processes towards the improvement of Business Intelligence and big data to improve the production economy. Facilitate and ensure House in Order for the organization (API) in all financial tasks and coordination with our shared services in India to optimize finance processes, systems, and standards to the next level and set the scene for further analysis. Actively contribute towards driving competitive value creation as Finance Partner to the (API) management team whenever relevant or requested. Actively contribute to linking finance with API business plan and strategic priorities. As we are a team of Finance Business Partners with different profiles, we will be able to scope the position and complexity around the right match, depending on your ambitions and experience. Qualifications As a candidate we expect you to hold: Minimum 3 years of experience, maybe from a long-term student position or from a similar full-time job backed with significant results. A master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or another relevant field. An excellent understanding of financial management, financial planning processes, controlling, and accounting elements including product costing, to ensure high-quality material. The ability to work independently - and manage changes in processes. Extensive Excel experience and preferably you are also an experienced SAP user for financial controlling and SAP product costing. Excellent command of both written and spoken English. On a personal level, you present a “can-do” approach and a result-oriented attitude, which enables you to establish strong professional relations internally and externally. You are a Team player with an international mindset and enjoy being part of a global work environment. You can communicate complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner and proactively manage numerous and changing priorities effectively. You can work independently as well as in a team environment.
