Senior Packaging Manager Do you like being engaged with people in producing life needing medicine while supporting your organization hitting high performance and developing your employees? Are you up for it? Apply now. The position You will interact with many different stakeholders within our production facility as well as external suppliers and public authorities. You will also be a part of Finished Production (FP) Senior Management, namely your 2 other department manager colleagues and the head of FP Rune Danielsen. Qualifications Your academic degree in Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field is a crucial component of the qualifications we seek in a candidate. Equally important is your experience, which should demonstrate your ability to handle the responsibilities of this role with confidence and competence. With at least 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, you should have a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in the manufacturing process. To be successful in this position, your experience should include: Proven ability to lead and manage people effectively, including direct cooperation with Team Leads and production staff, to ensure high levels of productivity and performance Strong understanding and experience with LEAN/flow systems, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency gains Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate in spoken and written English, as this will be essential for collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders from around the world Knowledge of Danish language is advantageous, as it would allow for better communication with local colleagues and suppliers in Denmark About the department Injectable Finished Products (IFP) plays a key role in delivering products to our patients world-wide and is a strategic global network with production sites in US, China, Brazil, France, and Denmark. With approximately 6.300 employees, IFP is a truly global organization with capacity to deliver products globally. IFP holds the responsibility to produce products for launches of all new diabetes products and for high volume and high efficiency production for all continents in the world. You will be part of the department in IFP KA working with Finished Production (FP) but have your sub department with 3 packaging & 1 assembly line. In IFP Kalundborg we are approximately 280 employees responsible for assembling and packing the diabetes products on our fully automated production lines.
