The position
As a Health and Safety Supporter, you will closely collaborate with the BS HS Partner to provide essential support for various projects and tasks that are vital for the integration between the infrastructure and production facilities at the Kalundborg site. Given the upcoming significant infrastructure upgrade to facilitate major production expansions, you will operate within a project-oriented environment, where close coordination with colleagues is a daily occurrence. Together with stakeholders, engineering partners, and suppliers, you will work with: Danish Health and Safety legislation. Novo Nordisk HS Management system and ISO45001 Ensure HS support to Business Support projects and line of business Participate in project workshops (design and construction) and participate in incidents investigation HS assessments and planning-related actions Review the Safety plan during planning and construction (with external partners). Report and present Health and Safety status Health and Safety process confirmation and direction setting. Delivering H&S trainings Qualifications
To succeed in this role you: are currently working with Health & Safety in a large international company with high standards and you are playing a key role when advising managers and colleagues in keeping, maintaining, and developing a healthy and safe environment. have experience with larger projects have educational background or experience from the healthcare system or other relevant industries/organizations. Experience with construction, utility, and infrastructure projects is an advantage On a more personal level, we expect you to complement your robust personality with a natural ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Additionally, having a solid grasp of project management principles and tools, you should excel as a communicator and relationship builder. We anticipate your structured approach to planning and execution, driven by a strong personal commitment to speak up and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

The API Business Support consists of about 130 highly qualified employees with a multitude of professional backgrounds, all with the common purpose to support our production and implementation of Novo Nordisk strategies within API. At site Kalundborg we produce diabetes and obesity products 24/7, which are continuously distributed to patients worldwide.
