You will be joining our dynamic management team of a growing department and work closely across all levels of the organization, from shopfloor to support, from process groups to international forums. The position is a unique opportunity, and you will contribute to drive a world-class aseptic filling facility. You will have a key role in the department as a subject matter expert and you will provide advice, take professional leadership over EM, and contribute to high level problem solving in our aseptic filling processes. Furthermore, you will facilitate the development of new processes and procedures to ensure compliance with global regulatory expectations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Drive major improvements to our current processes including all phases of validation.
• Act as a sparring partner across our department and area as well as for the management team.
• Maintain procedures, risk assessments, and guidelines.
• Participate in inspections and audits.
Qualifications
You will be a great asset to out team because you have:
• A MSc degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy or similar.
• Extensive experience with aseptic filling – preferably EM experience.
• Good stakeholder skills at all levels.
• Proven track record of having a significant impact in aseptic processes, both from a compliance and performance perspective.
• Professional proficiency in English. As a person, you thrive in a busy and dynamic workday, enjoying solving complex problems and knowing how to get things. You are a team player and enjoy learning as much as teaching and you have a strong quality mindset.

Finished Products site Kalundborg is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). At our site in Kalundborg, we are more than 650 colleagues responsible for transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into the finished medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with GMP in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimize our processes and invest in the latest technology.
