The position
As an Advanced Packaging and Assembly Professional, you will be welcomed into a team of 7 within the Technical Support & Validation team in the Finished Products department. You will collaborate with the equipment responsible, taking preventive actions as well as driving improvement initiatives and optimizations across the Finished Production. Together with the team you will handle everything from daily support for craftsmen and operators in production to equipment and process validation. You will resolve technical challenges, work very independently with significant individual responsibility and high engagement. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring the stability of our production equipment. Implement improvements initiatives. Develop skilled workers and technicians’ knowledge. Systematic problem solving, drive optimal performance of the filling equipment and define strategy for reliable line setup. Completing documentation utilizing a high level of detail. You will be part of a larger network of people and can expect to collaborate with many different stakeholders at different levels a across the organization. You will join the journey of ensuring technical stability and world class operation efficiency, increasing the capacity of our Finished Production lines to support sites globally! Qualifications Your experiences include: An academic degree within Mechanical Engineering or similar. You may also be considered if you have technician/craftsman background with extensive experience in parts manufacturing. Packaging experience preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing process. Experience with GMP or working in a highly regulated environment such as the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, food industry, precision mechanics or aviation will be considered. An understanding how mechanical adjustments, alignments, dimensioning and tolerances can influence manufacturing process and have an experience using this knowledge to improve performance. Experience with handling suppliers is regarded as advantageous. As a person, you have a focus on quality, with a problem-solving approach and the drive to create new solutions for technical challenges. You are able to use excellent communication skills to build relations cross functionally and globally. For this position, you are required to be fluent in spoken and written English.

Injectable Finished Products (IFP) plays a key role in delivering products to our patients worldwide and is a strategic global network with production sites in US, China, Brazil, France, and Denmark. With approximately 6.300 employees, IFP is a truly global organization with capacity to deliver products globally. IFP holds the responsibility to produce products for launches of all new diabetes products and for high volume and high efficiency production for all continents in the world. In Finished production in Kalundborg, we are 270 employees, responsible to assembly and packaging of obesity and diabetic products on our fully automatic production lines.
