The Position As a GMP Inspection Supporter, you will support operators in inspecting our products. We inspect both manually and using inspection machines. Your main focus will be on:
• Making sure our SOPs reflect our validations and other requirements for the processes.
• Ensuring that the SOPs are followed, so that we always inspect and release products to the market in the highest quality.
• Handling immediate issues where quick decisions are to be mad to ensure best products for our customers.
• Performing other tasks that include cLEAN, PAS-X, change requests, deviations, and batch review support. Qualifications The qualifications we value include:
• A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, microbiology, or similar field.
• A few years’ experience or a newly graduated knowledge of GMP-regulated drug manufacturing and regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in aseptic and inspection machines is considered a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the process of producing aseptic drugs is considered an advantage.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English. On a personal level, you are a committed professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ability to prioritize and to find solutions easily are key skills we build on in the team. Thinking outside the box and working with systematic problem-solving, while implementing corrective actions are crucial skills to have in this role. It is essential to build good relationships with the inspection team and have a go-look-see approach in providing support. About the department You will be part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) KA Fill 11 in Kalundborg. We are a production department in an aseptic filling factory, and we have a total of approximately 800 employees. We are a newer factory and are in an exciting phase where we continue to ramp up while also working on stability and optimization. The factory works with the following processes: Environment, washing and sterilization, preparation, aseptic filling, freeze-drying, and inspection. You will become part of our inspection support team. Here, you will have 6 good and committed colleagues, all of whom contribute to solving tasks together.
