The Position As a Cleaning Process Supporter, you will deliver world-class support to the production by handling cleaning issues with a sense of urgency at the production shopfloor together with key stakeholders. This should be done by instantly applying systematic problem solving to ensure problems will not occur again and thereby reduce production downtime. Some stakeholders you will have daily interaction with are Quality Assurance, Production, Development, Laboratories, Technical Support, and Management. You will be playing a key role in securing that we comply with Good Manufacturing Requirements of our quality management system. In this department we work systematically according to the LEAN principles that we implemented. Your main tasks will be to:
• Be present on the factory floor to support the running productions, build relationships with the operators, build process and equipment knowledge, and provide help to optimize the processes.
• Continuously optimize the process and equipment to have error-free and efficient cleaning processes.
• Handle deviations from standard procedures and implement corrective actions targeted against the root cause.
• Write change requests, SOP’s, protocols, reports, and various documentation related to the API production.
• Perform qualification and validation of equipment and processes, manage minor projects, or participate in greater investment projects. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in natural science, pharmaceutical science, technical science, engineering or a technical background with many years of practical production experience.
• Experience with the production of pharmaceuticals, food, or fuel/gas and knowledge of LEAN principles is considered a plus.
• Any related experience with production equipment (tanks, pumps, valves etc.), automation/coding, data analysis, and industry 4.0 initiatives is considered a big plus.
• Professional proficiency in English and Danish. On a personal level, you have a positive attitude and are committed to work in a systematic manner. You find challenges exciting and can maintain the overview despite being busy with various tasks. Staying robust, willing to learn and flexible in a hectic production environment where priorities often change are the foundations we like to build on in the team. Ability to communicate and collaborate effortlessly with stakeholders who have different educational backgrounds is key to succeed in this role. About the department The Purification Plant (PP) in Kalundborg consists of 4 individual plants for purifying insulin and GLP1. With more than 600 employees PP has its own laboratory, maintenance department, and business support. The Cleaning Support Team consists of 15 highly skilled and dedicated colleagues who support 4 factories and major investment projects in PS API. As the team, the department, and the entire Kalundborg site is expanding massively over the next few years, there will be a lot of opportunities for our new colleagues to develop both professionally and personally.
