The position As a Training Supporter in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Expansion (APIEx) QA, your main responsibility will be to support the area in training related matters. This will range from administrative tasks to support with training system regarding projects and other initiatives. You will design simple, engaging, and efficient onboarding and use your training toolbox to help the end-users and experts in the project develop effective training content and workflows that enhances human performance. In this position you will:
  • Identify training needs and apply relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids.
  • Engage with stakeholders from all parts of the organisation.
  • Use a data minded approach when assessing the challenges and evaluating the impact.
  • Create and maintain content overviews for the area.
  • Train administration e.g. assign training, reporting, merit support etc.
  • All above will be performed in close collaboration with end-users, process experts, and managers. You will report to the QA manager for projects & IT, based in Kalundborg. Qualifications We are looking for someone with passion and drive for developing efficient training that enhances competences and human performance. You could be either an experienced training professionals or a junior professional who are eager to learn. To succeed in the role, you:
  • Preferably hold a relevant master’s degree within learning, organisational development, psychology or professional experience from training roles in an organisation.
  • Have experience with designing and implementing competence development and in-depth knowledge of different training principals.
  • Are experienced within project management and have a proven track record of driving change management.
  • Are fluent in oral and written English.
  • Experience from a GMP regulated industry is an advantage. You are an engaging facilitator, and you possess strong stakeholder management skills and are able to communicate on all levels of the organisation. You also have a can-do attitude with a curious and pragmatic approach. You thrive in an environment with many stakeholders. To understand what adds most value for our stakeholders, you will spend a lot of time on the shop floor. As a result, you can expect to visit several Danish Novo Nordisk locations as part of your onboarding and on an everyday basis move between our projects, primarily in Kalundborg. About the department You will be joining APIEx QA, an area anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT), which globally employ approximately 25,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 65,000 employees. In APIEx QA we are around 53 employees with 6 teams all over the globe and a central function located in Lyngby, Denmark. We support our global expansions program which focus on rethinking our API facilities with the use of modern technology to serve the needs of millions of patients.
