The position As Training Project Manager, your role is to support the line of business in ensuring an effective, efficient, and compliant training set-up. Your main responsibility will be to act as Project Manager driving the implementation of our concept Training for Competence as well as other training related projects, such as onboarding of new employees. The solutions you create will help the business deliver quality products to our patient according to the rapidly growing demand, and you will make the workday better, easier, and simpler for your colleagues. Your main responsibilities include:
  • Driving projects to deliver world-class solutions within training
  • Engaging with stakeholders from all parts of the organisation
  • Using the Novo Nordisk training project management toolbox
  • Identifying training needs and applying relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids
  • Utilizing data to assess business challenges and evaluate the impact of the projects
  • All above will be performed in close collaboration with your training professional colleagues and end-users, process experts, and managers. To truly understand what adds value, you will spend a lot of your time on shopfloor and with stakeholders from line of business. You will join a network of skilled training professionals from across the company where you will share knowledge about best practices, and receive support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in your area. We offer a thorough onboarding and training in the Novo Nordisk training standards to help you get started. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you:
  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree within learning and development, business administration, organisational psychology, or another relevant field
  • Possess experience in project management and a proven track record of driving change management
  • Bring experience in instructional design and adult learning principles, along with excellent facilitator skills and the ability to visualise content in an engaging way
  • Have knowledge of and experience applying LEAN principles to optimise and reduce waste
  • Display proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Certification in project management (e.g. Prince2 Practitioner) and experience from pharma or a GxP regulated industry is an advantage. On a personal level you have a high degree of independence, are ambitious and structured. You have a can-do attitude with a curious and pragmatic approach. You thrive in an environment with many stakeholders, effectively communicating at all levels of the organisation, and are open-minded. You enjoy being a part of a team where sparring and collaboration is high on the agenda, and you contribute to continuous improvement of your own as well as shared tasks and processes. About the department Business Support is a department within DMD, consisting of 20 highly skilled professionals striving to support and meet complex organizational needs. We drive cross-functional agendas within Strategy deployment, Finance, Lean, Innovation, Training, EHS, and Project & Portfolio Management. We are a lively and diverse team, with experts from various educational backgrounds and different levels of experience. At work, although ambitions are high, we try to keep a light and informal tone.
