The Position As a Cultivation Process Supporter, you will be joining the Cultivation Support team, working alongside seven highly skilled and dedicated colleagues, and collaborating closely with our operators. We will provide you with all the necessary training and support to excel in this role. Once you have completed your training and gained some experience, you will be included in the on-call-duty arrangement, which comes with a corresponding reward. This is a crucial and dynamic role where you will be part of an agile team that excels in overcoming production challenges and ensuring our products reach patients. Come join us! In this role, key responsibilities will be to:
• Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support to the production on defined issues and contribute to securing stable production, which includes securing documentation in accordance with the current standards and legislations.
• Utilize troubleshooting and problem solving using systematic lean tools.
• Participate in and lead improvement activities, to ensure that we do things in a smart, simple, and efficient manner. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have:
• A min. bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biochemistry, biology, engineering, or similar field.
• Experience with production and/or development of pharmaceutical products, which is considered a plus.
• Strong will to learn and grow in the role.
• Fluency in written and verbal English and Danish. On a personal level, you possess exceptional problem-solving abilities. In this role, it is essential to be a structured and proactive professional with a sharp eye for quality, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and coordinating effectively, with a "can-do" attitude. About the department You will be part of a dynamic business area which produce Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients across the world. We are 170 highly engaged people at our NovoSeven production site in Kalundborg, where we make the active ingredient for NovoSeven around the clock, all year.
