Novo Nordisk has announced plans to invest more than DKK42 billion to expand existing manufacturing facilities in Kalundborg, to support the current and future company portfolio within serious chronic diseases. We are hiring colleagues within Utility Support to join the investment project. Would you like to join a dynamic global company and work on an exciting new capacity expansion project? Read on and apply today! The Position As a Clean Steam Supporter, you will join the team in a manufacturing facility construction project. The main design principle will be to implement the best design standards from other existing facilities. Our team members participate in the establishment of a competent user organization, integration with engineering partners and cooperation with existing production areas. We are choosing suppliers and perform ongoing follow-up with these from start to finish. We also perform structural checks of the constructions, while doing follow ups and keeping track of changes. Your main focus will be on:
• Writing/reviewing specifications and performing reviews of designs.
• Installation of equipment, commissioning and qualification.
• Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Providing maintenance training.
• Assessing any project risks and developing standards to ensure structure and transparency. Qualifications To be considered for this position you should:
• Hold a bachelor’s a degree in Technology Management and Marine Engineering (Maskinmester) or have an academic degree in mechanical engineering or similar; or to be a skilled technician.
• Have an interest in and preferable experience with Clean Steam systems.
• Have good understanding of technical documents such as URS, SAT, FAT, and validation protocols, as well as complicated product documentation.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English. On a personal level, you like close teamwork, and are motivated by others. Thriving in a multicultural environment that requires independence to make decisions is a crucial part of this role. About the department API Project Utility is a team of Engineers with responsibility for Clean and Black Utility in a manufacturing facility construction project. Currently consists of 20 engineers and 4 Project Managers who are working closely with other disciplines in the construction project.
