The position As our new quality coordinator, you will be a part of the department’s management team and you will refer to the department manager. You will also be a part of the M2 quality coordinator group, which makes it a position with a wide variety of tasks, with many different stakeholders. Your key tasks will be to: Provide support and work as sparring partner on quality matters to ensure compliance with existing and new requirements Identify trends and possibilities for improvements across the department, that can reduce complexity and build quality and robustness into the processes Prepare the department for internal audits and inspections Plan and host training in GMP and QMS Prepare trend reports, quality oversight tools, Quality Management Review etc. Qualifications To succeed in this position, we expect you to have: Experience with GMP from a relevant position in the medical industry would be considered a strong advantage. Alternatively, experience with IT and Automation from a GMP environment. A Master’s degree in natural science, engineering or other relevant field Experience with some of the following processes and preferably with most of them: deviation handling, change requests, qualification and validation, environmental monitoring and quality control - in order to be able to provide support on the topics. You speak/write professionally English The position requires a high-quality mindset and the ability to act as a role model in setting the direction in regard to Quality and Compliance issues. As a person you are curious and able to see opportunities for improvement, and you gain energy by going on shop floor and interacting with the production. You possess the ability to work independently, as well as the ability to collaborate with various groups of employees with different backgrounds. About the department
You will join the M2 Business Support department. We are a diverse department, located at site Kalundborg, consisting of admins, technichians, academics and more organized in 5 teams all focusing on producing products for diabetics around the world. In total we are currently about 90 people working to support our 24/7 production facilities. We share an informal tone and ambitions to be the best at what we do – and we are good at helping each other and share both challenges and victories alike.
