AIR CAPACITY SERVICE AGENT - TO THE MOST INTERNATIONAL COMPANY IN THE WORLD
Would you like to be part of the continued success of DHL Aviation and play an important role in optimizing the usage of our capacity on cargo flights and as a consequence minimize CO2 emission? We are looking for a new colleague to Air Capacity Sales (ACS) in our HUB located in Copenhagen Airport. The ACS team supports the entire Nordic & Baltic region with air capacity service.
YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
As our new Air Capacity Service Agent your responsibility will be to drive our sales and aftersales activities together with a team of 3 dedicated colleagues. You will work with both General Sales Agents (GSA) as well as direct accounts when coordinating and booking shipments in order to optimize our flight capacity and ensure the best handling of our customers’ air freight. With more than 320 employees in our Copenhagen HUB and daily contact to both customers, GSA and regional colleagues, you will get a job with a broad range of people contact, where your interpersonal skills and outgoing personality will be valuable.
YOUR SKILLS & COMPETENCES
With your operational expertise you will support our sales strategy in our day to day operation. While balancing the management of customer accounts and the capacity you get from the Regional Booking & Capacity team, you bring your excellent overview as well as your analytical and coordinating skills into play. You thrive working within company guidelines without overlooking commercial opportunities while talking to customers and GSA. With your ability to take instance decisions, you ensure we are generating and optimizing business. You appreciate routine tasks, but you also navigate well in a changing environment where new challenges arise and the strategy change.
