Are you familiar with integrations to ERP systems and/or E-Commerce solutions such as Shopify or WooCommerce?Do you like interacting with people across job roles and industries, and canyoubridge the gap between technical and customer facing departments? Can you translate technical matters into easy-to-understand customer facing language?Then you could very well be the candidate, we are looking for.We offerrespect, integrity, entrepreneurship and funThe jobFacilitating integration projects from providing integration input in the initial sales phase to onboarding, including contributing to establishing the scope, preparing the project plan, and coordinating the integration deliverables of the customers’ ERP and/or E-commerce solutions to our integration platform Coordinating the transition from customer go-live to hyper care to regular day-to-day business. Daily ad-hoc tasks such as customer and operations training and support. Knowledge sharing and best practice development.
