As a Contract Enablement manager, you will through analysis and subject matter expertise prepare recommendations for how we take our pricing, quoting and contracting to the next level, supporting and accelerating business value. You will work on developing value propositions for specific products and propose how to operationalize the execution of new products across cross-functional teams.
We embrace an agile mindset in the way we do business and product development. It is important that you want to develop yourself in a learning and fast-moving organization.
You will also have an opportunity to work in a highly international environment with stakeholders and colleagues across our global organization.
As a Contract Enablement manager, you will be a core member of a team that takes end to end responsibility for enabling global teams, and we among other things expect you to:
• Combine your subject matter expertise with business metrics and analysis to identify improvements areas and prepare recommendations within pricing, quoting and contracting – across the Maersk product portfolio
• Locate root causes for revenue leakage followed by recommendations and implementation to close gaps for example through improved structure and governance
• Identify core pain points in our global sales teams and recommend improvements that can release time and empower our frontline to better serve our customers
• Identify and recommend the necessary changes to existing processes and technology for product developments to be tested and executed globally
• Test new value propositions, establishing reference groups and collecting input and feedback across our global teams
You will also have an active part in the development of technology and overall organizational readiness for new products or product features.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant educational background combined with solid hands-on experience.
Specifically, you
• Have experience from the logistics industry, likely sales or product development, and you have ideally worked directly with at Intermodal, SCM, 4PL or CHB
• Are passionate about transformation and understands the value of change management
• Have great stakeholder management skills, across a broad spectrum, as you daily will be exposed across functions and levels in the organization
• Have strong analytical skills with an ability to provide insights and recommendations based on complex data sets
• Are structured and can make a complicated situation simple, and you are not be easily frightened by details and complicated processes or systems
• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
