As Group Financial Controller, you will join Global Finance and take ownership of the preparation of consolidated external accounts, reporting and financial statements for the group as part of the Global Finance team.
This is a newly established position and you will become part of a Global Finance team with a high drive to deliver on our combined objectives and ambitions.
You will join at a time, where we are beginning our multi-year finance transformation. This will bring Global Finance from a good and well current state towards digital integration, automation and scalable processes that supports the global growth strategy of the company.
We operate with a Shared Service Center in India, a skilled Accounting team and a strong IT-Finance team, which means you and the Global Finance team are left with the complex, dynamic and development-oriented tasks, and responsibilities.

Your own experience includes several years as an Auditor. This may be combined with Financial Controller and/or Finance Manager experience, preferably Group Finance.

Transforming Global Finance
Your individual contribution includes taking part in:
- Implementation of scalable processes and working methods
- Annual and Interim reporting according to IFRS for the Group including subsidiaries
- Month-end closing including analysis of the P/L and Balance Sheet
- Controlling of foreign entities
- Regulatory reporting
- Communicating and coordinating with auditors
- Collaborating with colleagues across Headquarters and our Global entities
- Development-oriented ad hoc tasks and projects related to Group Finance
