The headquarter Compliance Projects team is looking for a Student Assistant to support with a variety of tasks.

An exciting student role within the Compliance Project team supporting the Head of Compliance Projects with the coordination and administration of selected compliance projects relating to the risk areas anti-corruption, foreign trade controls and competition law.

Key responsibilities


We gradually increase the use of technology solutions in Compliance, so ideally you will be tech-savvy, and interested in being involved in compliance technology projects.

You will gain hands on experience and insights from one of the biggest and most multi-cultural companies in Denmark.

You will be part of a dynamic, international and highly engaged organization.

You are likely to be involved in the following tasks:

• Database management
• Report creation
• Tracking of implementation progress and identification of follow-up requirements
• Independently update project documents on an ongoing basis
• Coordinating role, e.g. collecting input from global stakeholders
• Meeting coordination and preparation
• Support on ad hoc tasks

We are looking for


You are currently studying a Bachelor/Master preferably in Finance, Economics, Law, Business or a related field and you have advanced knowledge of Microsoft365 (amongst others Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI, Forms, Flow).

You preferably have experience with software tools used for data analytics and reporting as well as in database management.

You are at ease in managing multiple and changing priorities and stakeholders and can keep a good overview even during busy periods.

You are a fast learner and have a strong sense of urgency and drive to deliver quality in your work - all at the same time.

It will be an advantage for you to be outgoing since you will be in contact with many different people during the day. It is important that you quickly develop a good relationship with your primary internal stakeholders.

You bring a positive spirit everywhere you go, and do not mind chipping in when others in the team need assistance.
