As Senior HR Business Partner you will be a trusted partner and leadership advisor to senior Business Finance leaders.
You will be supporting their people and leadership agenda through advice and assistance on matters pertaining to their organizations and teams.
Key areas of responsibility:
Drive HR Annual wheel activities for Business Finance, such as:
• organization and talent review & succession planning
• performance management
• engagement survey cycle
Drive People & Organization workstream activities in the ongoing
Finance Transformation, such as
• Organization Design and sizing
• Job catalogue and competency assessment
• Finance learning & development
• Leadership development
• Change management
You will have particular focus on: Transformation, leadership and capability building in order to succeed in the role.
We envision that you have an HR-related educational background at a master level or equivalent.
You can demonstrate at least 5-8 years of experience from working as a business facing HR Partner in a large, global organization and/or consultancy/business transformation or equivalent.
You are comfortable working in international environments with constant change and you have a solid understanding of business dynamics and how HR can support the same.
You:
• Are proactive – with great ability and confidence to work on own initiative
• Have a strong record of building trusted relationships and supporting business leaders through them
• Have experience working in a challenging, fast paced and changing environment dealing with a lot of different tasks at the same time
• Have the ability to impact business activities, engage with and influence, guide and challenge multiple (executive) stakeholders.
• Have cross-cultural awareness, general knowledge of international business and a high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Have excellent conceptualization and analytical skills
• Have the ability to communicate effectively across different levels in the organization – globally and locally
• Have a well-structured and logical approach to the job and an outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Are well-organized with high attention to detail.
You are fluent in written and spoken English, while Danish is not required.
