In this role you will be supporting the Inland Platform as Platform Product Owner for all matters related to Order To Cash (OTC) and specifically new Order Management integrations.

• Work in close collaboration across platforms and BPOs to enable new or improve existing inland product and platform features within the scope of Order To Cash and integrations with other internal systems such as Hamburg Sud Globe/WTC, New Supply Chain Platform
• Accountable for ensuring that these solutions are integrated so they contextually make sense in the overall e2e process for different brands, entities and products as well as across various platforms
• Safeguard all Maersk.com NFR’s, and overall business control principles related to event management
• Support all other PPO’s that have requirements regarding OTC
• Accountable for OTC new integrations across all features, products and functionalities on the inland platform
• Ensure that anything that is built can be easily reused across other platforms, while promoting standard, global template
• Continuously review and recommend new products and features in the OTC space for inland based on customer research/insights, data, growth hacking opportunities etc. This is in close collaboration with the relevant BPO(s) and FPO(s)
• OTC – specifically transport Order Management experience and a good understanding of ERP implementation at a complex organisation
• A natural interest in technology, standardization and automation of processes
• Ability to lead global sessions for the frontline and engage the frontline in a meaningful way and enable them to use/promote the features and products
• Understanding user needs/ insights as well as end logistics customers’ requirements and ability to translate these to digital journeys, specifically to reduce manual interventions
• Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment where priorities continuously shift and with pressure on delivering results
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines consistently
• Good Stakeholder/change management skills
• Self-motivation and a desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Proven track record in delivering new solutions in the OTC space
• Proven Product Owner capabilities (e.g. understand the role of a PO in terms of agile, working with systemic backlogs, writing user stories etc)
Required Business/ Technical Knowledge
• Strong understanding of OTC / Transport Order management processes; familiarity with SAP TM would be an advantage
• understanding of shipping/logistics processes and their representation in OTC area will be an advantage
