We’re looking for a creative and caring do’er to join our brand team. You’ll be using your talent to create the best experiences for our users through daily interactions on social media, while using your creativity to assist in our content production.
You’ll be joining a group of passionate and talented team members in our Brand and Growth team, and will be working across teams with anything from our Video Journalist, Content Writer, Brand & Content Creative, Data Scientist, UX Designer, Developer and many more.
We’re not afraid to try new things and we promise you’ll be part of a work environment where you’ll be challenged and learn fast while being given a large amount of responsibility to take care of our users.
Who are you?
You’re passionate about helping others and can’t wait to start conversations and take care of our community on social media. You get a kick out of providing excellent customer service and you know how to handle most customer sentiments with a caring yet professional, helpful and humorous approach.
Also, you have a talent for content ideation and visual aesthetics, and you know how to translate your ideas into eye-catching, inspirational and educational SoMe content that resonates with our community.

- Daily community management on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok with an always caring, professional, helpful and humorous approach
- Influencer research and coordination
- Collecting feedback from the users you talk to everyday to use in content production and improve our digital user experience
- Researching and keeping up to date with new SoMe trends
- Assisting in content ideation and production
- Collaborating with the brand and growth team to improve on existing SoMe concepts and creating daily content experiments
