We are seeking a visionary Sr. Paid Social Specialist to take our Paid Social efforts to the next level. As a hyper-growth D2C company, customer acquisition and increased customer lifetime value are essential to our continuous growth and maximizing our efforts on Paid Social is key to our success.
At Nøie, we have successfully scaled our brand in Denmark for the past years through Paid Social and now the time has come for Europe (and the world). We have a ton of experience in exploiting the Facebook and Instagram platforms but also work with Pinterest, Snapchat and Tiktok. Consequently, we are looking for the right candidate to play a key role in defining and owning our Paid Social strategy that allows us to scale even further. The majority of low-hanging fruit has been harvested and hence this job is for a strategic mastermind that eats & breathes Paid Social Media strategy and excels at execution.
Based on the Paid Social strategy that you define in collaboration with the Head of Growth, you will set new standards for how we exploit technical Paid Social setup (e.g. maximizing our Customer Data Platform, Data Warehouse and the Facebook Conversion API), maximizing and increasing the quality of our content production as well as how we increase our targeting effectiveness through customer segmentation and understanding the user journey from A-Z. Lastly, as we grow you will be running the Paid Social team (inhouse or agency collab) and therefore need to be confident in team and stakeholder management as we need to create the optimal processes across the company to take it to the next level. In other words, you will be the quarterback of Nøie’s global paid social efforts from strategizing to execution across all markets and revenue streams.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Full ownership of all paid social activities in Nøie including setting & reaching budgets and targets
- Developing the global paid social strategy across all revenue streams (ecommerce, subscription, upsales) and markets
- Managing and building the global paid social processes allowing us to continue our scale incl proactively upskilling the team to ensure we operate with industry best practices, develop state-of-the-art paid social advertising techniques and share learnings across the organisation
- Developing an efficient paid social testing framework incl defining cross-team processes needed for success
- Creating global and local paid social plan in accordance with the global marketing plan and budgets
- Ensuring efficient execute and optimization of global and local campaigns across the full marketing funnel including optimization, automation and multivariate testing of e.g. bidding strategies, ad objectives, creative formats, landing pages, target audiences, etc to improve CPA at scale
- Implementing the tools needed to ensure optimal usage of marketing automation within paid social to reduce manual workload
- Stay current with paid social, trends, best practices, bid management systems, tools and industry research.
- Ensuring global documentation of all paid social experiments, projects, tests and optimizations
- Developing the Nøie paid social playbook including testing roadmap
- Develop our paid social analytics and reporting framework to create transparency on performance by using data from multiple sources (BM, GA, Amplitude, Segment, Hotjar etc)
- Effectively align with internal stakeholders (e.g. management, brand marketing, data and analytics teams, etc) on business objectives and directions
Who You Are:
- +5 years of experience in Paid Social (Facebook & Instagram)
- Preferably experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, Tiktok
- Proven track record of successfully developed and executed global paid social strategy
- Proven track record of building and driving a paid social team forward through disciplined execution, clear processes and documentation
- Proven track record of establishing processes to ensure efficient scale
- Solid experience in the Facebook Business Manager and other Paid Social channels like Pinterest, Snapchat, Tiktok.
- Experience in working with D2C ecommerce and subscription is a plus
- Ability to seamlessly work with marketers, creative, product engineers and business intelligence

- Strong critical thinking skills with an analytical orientation and attention to detail
- Self-directed with a passion for learning, automating, and sharing knowledge
- Accustomed to working in a highly complex environment with many demanding and expectant stakeholders.
- Enjoys working with data, gathering insights and executing next steps accordingly
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communicator and analytical thinker
